Job Summary
The Dalios Denture Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Dental administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Administrator will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
Handle filing and clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, scheduling, and communication.
Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available for staff and clients.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless administrative processes.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role in a medical setting is preferred, a dental background is a plus!
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail are required for data entry tasks.
A background in customer service is essential, with proven experience in providing exceptional client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
