Job Title: Contract Administration Analyst
Job Location: Chatham, ON
Schedule: Hybrid – In-office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; Remote Wednesday & Friday

Our client is seeking a Contract Administration Analyst to support contract preparation, analysis, and customer support within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

What's the Job?

Prepare and manage contract packages for Distribution and Direct Purchase markets.
Analyze contract data and monitor approvals, distribution, and execution of agreements.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and secure storage of contracts and communications.
Respond to customer inquiries related to agreements, billing, policies, and gas management.
Investigate and resolve issues using systems such as Enerline, ConTrax, SAP, and related tools.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Billing, Accounts Payable, Regulatory, and Gas Management.
Support testing and validation of system changes following change management practices.
Generate and analyze reports (e.g., WEBi) to support contract-related inquiries and decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What's Needed?

Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative while contributing to team success.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
