Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee the financial record-keeping processes, manage daily office operations, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting data. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth administrative workflows while supporting financial health through precise bookkeeping and effective office management. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Maintain accurate financial records by entering transactions, verifying data, and performing regular account analysis
Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies promptly
Monitor budget adherence by tracking expenses and providing financial reports for management review
Support office operations by coordinating supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries to assist in strategic decision-making

Requirements

Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for account analysis and budgeting tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors
Prior experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not required
