Mechanical Assembler (Custom Build Specialist)

Are you a technical "gearhead" who thrives on variety rather than repetitive, high-volume lines? We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join a specialized manufacturing facility in Chatham-Kent, ON

This isn't a "cookie-cutter" assembly job. You’ll be working on large-scale, high-value equipment where quality and accountability matter more than just hitting a daily quota. If you enjoy seeing a machine go from a bare frame to a fully functional unit, this is the role for you.

The Details

Compensation: $24.00 – $35.00/hour (Based on experience).
Quarterly Bonus: Production bonus every quarter.
Benefits: Comprehensive Health & Dental plan
Extra: Direct, company-funded retirement contributions (no personal match required).
Shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone with a "builder" mindset—someone who understands how mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems integrate.

Hands-on Expertise: Solid experience in mechanical assembly (automotive, heavy equipment, or similar specialized builds).
Technical Skills: Proficient with pneumatic wrenches, drills, and the operation of overhead cranes.
