WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a onsite Receptionist, you’ll:
- Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages
- Creates and distributes company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls
- Participating in and helping coordinate and run company sponsored engagement events
- Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
- Provides support for teams when necessary
- Complete various reports for the facilities Team and Site Director
- Sending and receiving of shipments - letters or computer equipment (moderate lifting may be required)
- Keeps storage rooms organized and orders supplies as needed
- Other duties as required by the Site Director
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our onsite Receptionist role include:
- Time management skills to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks
- 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
- Attention to detail to ensure that all company memos are free of any errors
- Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone
- Communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
- Strong organizational skills to keep multiple calendars organized
- Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change

The base salary range for this position is $20.00- $21.00 hourly (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
