About Us
Quality Inn Chatham is a 43-room hotel proudly serving travelers, business guests, and families visiting Chatham-Kent. We're a locally operated property focused on delivering clean, comfortable stays and friendly, reliable service.

The Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for their entire stay. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, and make sure every guest feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and process check-ins/check-outs efficiently and accurately
Manage reservations by phone, email, and online booking channels
Process payments, balance the cash drawer, and complete shift reports
Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready
Follow brand standards and property procedures, including safety and security protocols
Maintain a clean environment

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with computers; experience with a hotel property management system (e.g., Choice Advantage/OPERA) is an asset
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during quieter shifts
Previous hotel, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
