Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Forman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for horticulture, and a solid background in landscape maintenance. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Lead landscape maintenance efforts, including mowing, trimming, planting, and garden care.
Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean job site.

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field is essential.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred; strong leadership skills are a must.
Familiarity with garden design principles and plant care techniques is highly desirable.
Experience in building hardscape features (e.g., patios, walls) is an asset.
Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is beneficial.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while managing physical labor demands.
Ability to read and understand landscape designs and execute them.
