Full job description

We are looking for Medical Office Administrator (MOA) for Full-Time Position. Candidates must have phlebotomy certification. Phlebotomy and IM (Intramuscular Injection) certification is required. Candidates who are not currently certified must obtain certification within one month of joining. The candidate must have experience working in a clinic, and have an experience with an EMR system -- applicants with Oscar or EMR system is REQUIRED.

Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule from Monday through Sunday.

Job Expectations:

We are looking for a candidate with ideally 1-2 years of clinic experience (walk-in and family model) and for someone who is keen on learning and growing their medical knowledge as a MOA.

The candidate must be good with word, excel, and general computer skills. The job will entail the candidate to quickly learn medical terminology, billing codes and protocol. There is much room for growth in various aspects of the business.

*** Candidates with phlebotomy and injections certificate preferred (and comfortable in task) Candidates who are not currently certified must obtain certification within one month of joining & experienced in EMR systems (OSCAR or OTHER EMR's) REQUIRED***
