Responsibilities
- Experienced Roofers and Skilled Exterior persons to join our residential/commercial team. We have a steady backlog of work and provide a safe, organized job site
- ROOFING
- Complete Asphalt shingles roofs, includes synthetic underlayment, ice/water drip edge.
- responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various roofing systems while maintaining a high standard of safety and craftsmanship.

- EXTERIOR FINISHES
- Measure and cut siding materials to the required specifications.
- Vinyl, steel, hardie, LP products
- Install sidings using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure sidings are aligned and leveled correctly.
- Secure sidings to the building structure using nails, screws, or adhesives.
- Inspect and repair any damaged or improperly installed siding.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a siding installer in the building materials industry.
- Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment associated with siding installation.
- Strong knowledge of different types of sidings and their installation techniques.
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Install windows, doors, and other fixtures in the framing structure
- Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a siding installer.
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as forklifts and MEWP
- Knowledge of power tools and their safe operation
- Familiarity with different types of siding materials and installation techniques
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for measuring, cutting, and shaping materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
-Ability to work in a team environment.
-Physical dexterity and stamina to perform manual labor and lifting up to 50 pounds
-Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Must be reliable a punctual
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and regulations
