The Prospec Group of Companies is an expanding company based in Sudbury, Ontario, specializing in Engineering and Fabrication projects primarily in Northern Ontario, with a focus on the mining and heavy industrial sectors. We are a close-knit team of approximately 20 professionals, including labourers, apprentices, and experienced staff.

Job Description:
We’re looking for skilled Welder Fitters with experience in Aluminum.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints to meet project specifications.
Fit and assemble aluminum components.
Perform welding tasks to the highest industry standards.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality control measures.
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Keep tools and equipment in optimal working conditions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Welder Fitter with experience in Aluminum.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) certification or equivalent is an asset.
