We are a local family run renovation company for over 20 years in the Calgary area and are looking for a renovation specialist to join our highly motivated company.

We are an expanding company looking to hire experinced professionals for residental renovations, you must have a vast knowledge in residental renovations we are looking to hire immediately.

We specialize in custom bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations for our residential clients. You must be able to complete the job from start to finish with a helper

We are looking to add a skilled renovators to our team who will also be able to assist in all parts of residential renovations. Duties may also include items such as framing, flooring, drywall, and vanity installations as most of our jobs are in bathroom renovations. The candidate should be willing to expand their current skill set to learn new skills. We value experience and ability over education.

Our company prides itself on being referral based and completing projects in an organized and timely manner.

The job also requires that the candidate is able to complete jobs within the desginated time frame set for the jobsite.

- We provide work vehicles for the commute from the shop to the construction sites

- tools are required for this position

- The ability to haul materials and tools from the shop or suppliers to the worksite

- The ability to work as part of a team and work well with others is required

We are not looking to hire any sub contractors

Job Description:

You Must have extensive renovation experience with a minimum of 5 years in the residential industry , we require you to have a valid class 5 driver's license

Be able to clearly communicate to both clients/contractors and staff

Ability to stay on task and to be able to keep renovations completed on a deadline

Punctual, responsible and to be able to manage time effectively

Experience in the following:

-demo of worksite

-subfloor, tile, and installing fixtures

-use of all tools

-flooring laminate, Lino, tile,

-customer service is a must

-installation of cabinets, counter tops and taps

-plumbing and electrical (basic installation toilets, tubs etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
