Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Lead Generation)

Location: Chilliwack, BC
Company: Frontline Machinery Ltd.

Frontline Machinery is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities for Frontline Equipment and Frontline Washing through outbound phone calls.

This is a phone‑driven, high‑activity role focused on proactive outreach, structured discovery conversations, and converting those conversations into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our field sales team. Success is measured by lead quality, follow‑through, and clean handoffs—not just call volume.

What You’ll Do

Make consistent outbound calls to marketing leads, target accounts, and dormant prospects
Conduct discovery calls to understand applications, equipment or washing needs, timelines, and decision makers
Qualify prospects into SQLs and hand off detailed, sales‑ready opportunities to field sales
Log all calls, notes, and lead updates in the CRM the same day
Follow up with sales reps to ensure leads are actioned and opportunities progress
Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and objections

How Success Is Measured

Outbound calls and discovery conversations
MQL‑to‑SQL conversion (target ~20%)
SQL acceptance rate by field sales
Pipeline value generated from outbound activity
CRM accuracy and follow‑through

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, or sales development experience
Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone
Strong questioning, listening, and qualification skills
Organized, disciplined, and accountable with CRM usage
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Interest or experience in heavy equipment, aggregates, recycling, or industrial markets is an asset

Who This Role Is Not For

This role is not a fit if you:

Prefer inbound or customer service work over outbound calling
Are uncomfortable spending most of the day on the phone
Dislike structure, accountability, or activity targets
Focus on call volume instead of quality conversations
Struggle with CRM discipline or follow‑through
Want to hand off a lead and move on without staying involved

Compensation

Competitive base salary (based on experience)
Monthly commission tied to SQL generation and closed deals
Full compensation details provided during the offer process

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
