About the Role
As our Happy To Help Associate, you'll take ownership of the organization and presentation of our dealership. You'll play an important role in ensuring our vehicles, lot, and customer experience reflect the high standards of Chilliwack Mitsubishi.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll work independently, take initiative, and support every department by stepping in wherever you're needed.
This role is also an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone with an interest in automotive sales who wants to develop professionally, learn our products, and grow within the dealership. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to welcome customers, introduce them to Mitsubishi vehicles, answer basic product questions, and assist in getting customers started on demonstration drives while learning from our experienced Product Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of dealership lot organization and presentation
- Manage vehicle inventory placement and merchandising
- Photograph new and used vehicles for online advertising
- Prepare vehicles for sale and customer deliveries
- Shuttle customers to and from appointments
- Deliver and transport vehicles throughout British Columbia
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership appearance
- Assist with dealership operations and support all departments as needed
- Welcome customers and provide a positive first impression
- Learn Mitsubishi products and assist customers with basic vehicle information
- Help coordinate and prepare customer demonstration drives
- Represent the dealership with professionalism at all times
