About the role
Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Spa Attendant plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest at our Thermal Spa. In this cleaning-oriented role, you will help maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for guests by preparing spa pods, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
This is a casual, on-call position with no guaranteed hours, best suited for someone looking for flexible, occasional work.
Hourly Wage Range: $19.00-$24.00/hr.

- Strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, and service to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
- Ability to work independently and ensure a smooth operation and deliver consistent and high-quality service.
- Clear and empathetic communicator, creating a welcoming atmosphere through effective interaction with guests.
- Skilled problem solver, resolving issues efficiently and effectively to maintain uninterrupted operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures for spa pods.
- Monitor all systems during spa sessions, adjusting as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment, ensuring each pod is sanitized, restocked with amenities, and guest ready.
- Ensure a seamless and departure process check-in process for all guests.
- Work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Fold laundry and clean dishes in designated areas to prepare pods for upcoming guests.
- Stock supplies and maintain accurate inventory records to support daily operations.
- Report and communicate any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention in a timely manner.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure a well-functioning facility.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or cleaning roles.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
