Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Experience in hospitality, hotel cleaning, or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms, and common areas following established protocols
Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all surfaces are spotless
Perform industrial or custodial cleaning tasks as required in different environments
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene standards and confidentiality

Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light to moderate loads
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior experience with industrial cleaning is a plus
Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
