Service Advisor / Admin Clerk

City Tire & Auto (Clarenville) is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Admin Clerk to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team for a temporary replacement position.

Work Expectation

Provide customer service for automotive repair and maintenance.
Provide customer service for tire sales, repair and maintenance.
Review work orders and discuss work with management and/or customer.
Review work orders and direct the needed work with automotive technicians and tire technicians.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Daily admin duties, bank deposits, A/R payment processing, A/P processing, etc.
Attention to detail.
Good computer skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
Hours of Operation is 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Monday through Friday.

The Ideal Candidate

A skilled Service Advisor with one or more years experience that works well within a team environment.
Experience in an automotive or tire environment would be beneficial.
Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.

Compensation

Competitive compensation: $17.77 - $19.59 per hour for experienced service advisors.
Plus incentive based earnings.
5 Paid Sick-Days, 10 Paid Vacation-Days (starting), 6* Paid Statutory Holidays, and 6* Other Paid Holidays.
