Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Catering Staff to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service at various catering events, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent guest service skills, and experience in the food industry or hospitality sector. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting event setups, food service, and guest interactions.

Duties

Set up catering events by arranging tables, chairs, and buffet stations according to event specifications
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events
Handle food safely following all food safety regulations and protocols
Replenish supplies as needed during service to ensure smooth operation
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions and ensuring guest satisfaction
Break down event setups after completion, including cleaning and packing away equipment and supplies
Must be proserve certified

Skills

Previous experience in restaurant, food industry, or hospitality settings is preferred
Strong knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
Experience with food preparation or hotel service is a plus but not required

This role is vital in creating enjoyable experiences for our guests through attentive service and high-quality food presentation. We value team players who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
