Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Paint Prepper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and performing various labor tasks to support painting projects. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in your craftsmanship, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes and spray equipment.
Mix paints and other materials as needed to achieve desired colors and textures.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the project.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Requirements

Previous experience in painting or related labor work is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to painting and labor tasks.
