Country Grocer Cobble Hill is searching for a new Temporary Floral Manager to join our team! As the backbone of the floral department, our ideal candidate will inspire, motivate and lead their team towards success. If you love to work with people and know how to create positive experiences for others, we want to hear from you!

Who You Are:

You’re a natural born leader and you know how to lead and inspire your team to be their best at work
You’re an outgoing people person and you have exceptional communication skills
You work with intensity and you like roll up your sleeves to get the job done
You’re efficient, organized and enjoy working through challenges
You manage time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities while working in a high-volume environment
You’re self-motivated and care about making an impact
You have a minimum 2 years' supervisory or management experience
You’re have experience working with and caring for plants

The Job

As the Floral Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations of the floral department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained
You’ll, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
You’ll be responsible for daily scheduling needs and coordination
You’ll manage ordering and inventory

Pay for this job:

Starting Range: $25.75-$30.00

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $35.00

There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
