Location: 2213 Lovshin Rd, Cobourg
Job Type: Full-Time, In Person, 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday

We are a growing roofing company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship to our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while supporting our administrative and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Reception

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on projects and appointments.
Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
Maintain a positive customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
Assist sales representatives with follow ups and changing appointments

Client Account Management

Create and maintain accurate customer records.
Prepare and distribute invoices, and project documentation.
Serve as the primary administrative contact for customer accounts.
Coordinate with sales, production, and management to ensure smooth project communication.
Address customer concerns and assist with issue resolution in a professional manner.

Accounts Receivable

Generate and send customer invoices.
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
Work with accounting to maintain healthy accounts receivable and collection timelines.

Administrative Support

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office administration.
Support management with various administrative projects as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, office administration, reception, or account coordination.
Experience with accounts receivable or bookkeeping is considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with accounting or CRM software (QuickBooks or similar) is an asset.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
