Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position combines digital marketing, sales support, customer service, and brand development. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our online presence, generating sales leads, and ensuring our inventory is professionally represented across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Media
- Manage and continually update the company website.
- Photograph and create listings for new and used inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory across multiple online platforms.
- Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Create graphics, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor analytics and recommend marketing improvements.
Sales & Customer Service
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Assist with preparing sales quotations and financing information.
- Maintain customer records using CRM software.
- Support the sales process from initial inquiry through delivery.
Events & Trade Shows
- Coordinate and attend trade shows, racing events, and promotional activities.
- Assist with booth setup, displays, promotional materials, and customer engagement.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events.
Administration
- Ensure inventory pricing and specifications remain accurate.
- Coordinate with manufacturers regarding product updates.
- Assist with ordering promotional materials and merchandise.
- Perform other duties that contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related post-secondary program.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar design/web platforms is an asset.
- Photography and video editing experience is considered an asset.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
