Omni Mattress is growing fast and becoming one of Canada’s favorite mattresses. We are complete E-Commerce and handle thousands of customers from coast to coast from our Calgary finance office.

Omni Mattress credit department is currently seeking professional customer service agents to join our fast-paced call centre team full-time. You will be responsible for high volumes of
inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential customers looking for credit solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fast computer data entry skills and able to work with our proprietary platforms.
Must be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.
Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
Experience in sales, retention, or collections is a plus.
Must have excellent command of English, French is considered an asset, but not required.
Must be able to commit to intensive full-time training
Applicants must have a flexible with work schedule and be able to work possible evenings and/or weekends.
Applicants must be eager to succeed and focused on exceeding company’s expectations.

DUTIES:
Ensure inbound calls are answered in a professional and courteous manner and established procedures are adhered to without failure.
You will be providing outstanding customer service for Canadians who wish to purchase our Furniture through our exclusive finance and credit programs.
Ensure that proper evaluation and underwriting techniques are utilized to company standards.
You will be assisting new and prospective customers and providing common sense security and safety solutions.

All successful applicants may be subject to testing for Covid-19.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
