Full job description

Overview
Impact Health is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinics. This role works directly under clinic leadership and plays a key part in ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional patient experience, and strong team coordination.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, takes initiative, and can balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on operational support.

Responsibilities

Assist with overseeing daily clinic operations and workflow
Support front desk and administrative staff with scheduling, training, and performance management
Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture
Coordinate staffing schedules and assist with coverage planning
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and systems are followed consistently
Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with handling patient concerns and ensuring excellent customer service
Work closely with leadership on clinic goals, projects, and process improvements
Support communication between practitioners, administration, and management
Assist with inventory management, vendor coordination, and general clinic organization
Help maintain a productive, welcoming, and high-performing clinic environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, customer service leadership, or office management preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and empathy
Comfortable managing priorities in a busy healthcare environment
Experience with scheduling systems, EMRs, and Microsoft Office considered an asset
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Experience

Proven supervisory or team management experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows OS, and data analysis tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
