Are you someone who lights up when helping others and finds satisfaction in turning a guest's frown into a smile? We are looking for charismatic, detail-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our team and be the welcoming face that creates an unforgettable "home away from home" experience for our guests. No front desk experience necessary - just the right attitude and willingness to LEARN!

What You'll Be Doing

The Welcome: Creating memorable first impressions through warm check-ins, explaining amenities, and ensuring guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

The Solutions: Handling reservations, processing payments, and becoming our problem-solving hero when guests need restaurant recommendations or have special requests.

The Connection: Answering phones with enthusiasm, managing guest inquiries, and being the friendly voice that makes every interaction count.

The Coordination: Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

The Communicator: You have excellent verbal skills and can make anyone feel at ease. You're comfortable with technology and learn new systems quickly.

The Multitasker: You can juggle check-ins, phone calls, and guest questions while maintaining your composure and that winning smile.

The Reliability: Our guests count on us, so we need to count on you to be on time and ready to go. You will be required to work weekends as required.

The Attitude: Professional, patient, and genuinely caring. You understand that sometimes you're the difference between a good stay and an extraordinary one!

Note: There are multiple schedules/shifts available - morning, afternoon, evening and overnight!
