Position Summary
The FOH Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately taking guest orders, handling transactions, packaging orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment. While primarily focused on front-of-house duties, team members are expected to support overall restaurant operations as needed, including food preparation, kitchen support, cleaning, stocking, and other operational tasks. This role requires flexibility and teamwork to help ensure smooth, efficient service and a positive guest experience at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide a positive guest experience at all times
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant procedures
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Cash Handling & Order Processing
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a strong understanding of the POS system, menu items, order customization options, and order entry procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service
- Stay informed of all current promotions, featured menu items, and Limited Time Offers (LTOs)
- Ensure dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders are packaged accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
- Package pick-up and third-party delivery orders with attention to accuracy and presentation
Front of House Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining areas, beverage stations, and washrooms
- Restock front-of-house supplies as needed
- Assist with light food preparation and support kitchen staff during slower periods
- Follow company operational procedures and service standards
- Support team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
Health & Safety
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is considered an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
