About the Role
This isn’t a traditional retail & sales management position.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, sees opportunities, and enjoys creating experiences that keep customers coming back.
You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of our downtown retail location while helping establish the brand as a premier destination for visitors to Collingwood and The Blue Mountains. Working closely with the Management team, you’ll help execute strategic initiatives that grow retail sales, strengthen community partnerships, expand our workshop experiences, and enhance the overall customer journey.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
- Taking ownership of retail sales growth and customer engagement initiatives.
- Leading and growing our workshops and experience-based offerings.
- Developing new in-store experiences, seasonal events, and promotional campaigns.
- Building relationships with local hotels, tourism partners, event organizers, businesses, and community organizations.
- Promoting fundraising, corporate gifting, wholesale opportunities, and other Brand programs when appropriate.
- Working closely with the Management team to execute the company’s strategic retail growth initiatives.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting retail team members while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Creating inspiring merchandising displays and maintaining exceptional visual presentation throughout the store.
- Monitoring inventory, store operations, and day-to-day retail performance.
- Tracking key retail performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve sales, customer conversion, average transaction value, and customer retention.
- Supporting production and fulfillment during seasonal peaks while helping coordinate priorities across departments.
- Continuously bringing forward new ideas that strengthen the customer experience and contribute to the long-term growth of the brand.

Compensation & Growth
- $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience.
