Blue Mountain Honda is hiring a new position - Product Genius - to join our team!
Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, the Product Genius is responsible for demonstrating the unique Honda products of the dealership to customers, building customer relationships, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team.
Compensation: Salary Base $50,000-$75,000 with bonuses

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.

Help customers understand the products offered by the dealership

Identify products specifically suited for customer's needs and preferences

Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.

Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.

Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications

OMVIC Certification
-
Sales experience an asset

Exceptional Customer Service

Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Professional sales aptitude

Strong digital understanding
