Now Hiring: Host/Hostess/Server at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill!

Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill is looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess/Server to join our dynamic team. As part of our vibrant atmosphere, you’ll help provide an outstanding guest experience in a high-energy environment, all while delivering exceptional service.

About Us: With a spacious dining area of 240 seats, Chuck’s Roadhouse is known for our great food, amazing drinks, and laid-back vibe. We're committed to creating a welcoming environment where both our guests and team members can have a great time. As a Host/Hostess/Server, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels valued and receives top-notch service.

Job Responsibilities:

Host/Hostess Duties:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently, balancing customer flow
Provide accurate wait time estimates and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Server Duties:
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and ensure guests' needs are met
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation
Upsell food and drinks while maintaining a positive guest experience
Clear and clean tables promptly while keeping a tidy section
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, handling any concerns or requests

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Team player with a can-do attitude
Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays (up to 25 lbs)
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Smart Serve Certification (required for serving alcohol)
