Position Overview

The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for supporting occupancy and revenue goals through lead generation, relationship building, community outreach, and sales conversion activities. This individual will guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process while promoting the residence throughout the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring a professional and responsive experience for prospective residents and families.
Conduct tours of the residence, highlighting lifestyle offerings, amenities, services, and the overall resident experience.
Develop and maintain ongoing communication with prospects through effective follow-up and relationship management strategies.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand individual needs and recommend appropriate living solutions.
Secure deposits, residency agreements, and move-in commitments while supporting families through the transition process.
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior service professionals, and other key stakeholders.
Represent the residence at networking events, community functions, presentations, and outreach initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, open houses, educational events, and other promotional activities.
Assist with social media initiatives, digital marketing efforts, online reputation management, and lead generation activities.
Monitor local market trends and maintain awareness of competing retirement communities within the region.
Maintain accurate prospect records, sales activity tracking, and CRM documentation.
Prepare and analyze sales and occupancy reports, conversion metrics, referral activity, and marketing performance data.
Collaborate closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure a positive resident and family experience throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
Experience within retirement living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or another relationship-driven industry is considered an asset.
Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
