AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Murad Auto Sales — Barrie, Ontario

Full-Time | $60,000–$80,000 per year, depending on sales performance

NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!

Murad Auto Sales has been serving the community since 1983, and we are looking for a motivated, friendly and dependable person to join our sales team.

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but it is NOT required.

If you have automotive sales experience, that's great — we'd love to hear from you. However, if you have never sold cars before, that's okay too. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with people
Motivated and eager to learn
Reliable and professional
Positive and energetic
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Organized and able to follow up with customers
Goal-oriented and motivated to earn based on performance
Available and able to work Saturdays
Willing to assist with duties beyond sales, including general dealership tasks, vehicle preparation, lot organization, cleaning and other responsibilities as needed

This position involves more than just selling vehicles. The successful candidate must be willing to contribute to the overall operation of the dealership and complete other assigned duties when required.

We are a small team, so every team member plays an important role. Working with us is more like working with a family — we support one another, work together and take pride in helping the dealership succeed.

If you have automotive sales experience, that is a definite plus. If you don't, we will train you.

We're more interested in finding the right person — someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a willingness to help with various dealership duties and a desire to succeed.
