Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and food service experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient restaurant operations to provide a memorable dining experience for guests.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence
Manage POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Lead team management efforts, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff members such as servers, cooks, and baristas
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation
Enforce restaurant policies related to hospitality standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols
Assist in developing menus in collaboration with culinary staff and oversee kitchen operations
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with health regulations

Experience

Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development
Previous restaurant management or hospitality management experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in interviewing and onboarding new team members
Background working in hotel or barista environments is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
