Full job description

Positive Mind Wellness Inc. is a growing multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team and provide nutrition counselling to individuals across the lifespan.

This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside mental health and healthcare professionals in a supportive and client-centred environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide evidence-based nutrition counselling and education.
Support clients with concerns related to:
Weight management.
Diabetes and cardiovascular health.
Gastrointestinal disorders.
Women's health and prenatal nutrition.
Eating disorders and disordered eating.
General health and wellness.
Provide nutritional screening, assessment, and counselling for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVA), supporting rehabilitation goals and interdisciplinary treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare providers involved in MVA rehabilitation, including psychotherapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
Participate in collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
Professional liability insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in private practice or multidisciplinary settings is an asset.
Experience supporting clients involved in motor vehicle accident rehabilitation is considered an asset.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
