Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Shifa Full-Spectrum Health Solutions is a holistic wellness center dedicated to helping clients achieve balance, healing, and optimal health. We combine modern technology with traditional therapies to provide services like red light therapy, infrared sauna, fascial stretch therapy, microneedling, and more.
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled RMT to join our multidisciplinary team and provide exceptional care to our growing clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs
- Conduct client assessments and create personalized treatment plans in accordance with CMTO standards
- Maintain accurate client records and SOAP notes
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners (RNs, FSTs, Nutritionists) to support client outcomes
- Educate clients on self-care, posture, and wellness practices
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for holistic wellness and client care
- Experience in specialized modalities (lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, prenatal massage, sports massage) is an asset
Requirements
- Shifa Full Spectrum Health Solutions will provide the massage table. The RMT is responsible for bringing and maintaining their own treatment supplies, including linens, towels, oils/lotions, bolsters if needed, and any other tools or products required to perform massage therapy services.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently while providing a high level of client care
