Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Academic Affairs Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting academic operations, enhancing student experiences and , and ensuring the successful delivery of our French language programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day academic operations to ensure smooth and efficient program delivery.
Coordinate class schedules, instructor assignments, and classroom arrangements.
Monitor student attendance and engagement, and proactively follow up with students to encourage consistent participation.
Collect and analyze student feedback to continuously improve course quality and learning experience.
Ensure the effective delivery of courses and contribute to improving overall student satisfaction.
Provide academic guidance and support to students and help them achieve their goals
Maintain effective communication with instructors and students to address academic concerns promptly.
Organize and administer exams, assessments, and student evaluations.
Maintain accurate academic records and prepare reports as needed.
Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain high academic standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, French, or a related field.
Prior experience in an educational institution or a background in education is considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; French is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and faculty.
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
