The Role
You will be the primary revenue engine for our mid-market and enterprise segments. You will own the full sales lifecycle for complex, technical deals from deep discovery to executive negotiation while influencing our go-to-market strategy and mentoring rising talent within the org.
Enterprise Execution & Revenue Growth
- Own the Cycle: Identify, qualify, and close high value mid-market and enterprise opportunities across North America.
- Technical Sales: Conduct deep discovery calls and high-impact demos that articulate the complex value proposition of the Super platform to technical and business decision-makers.
- Commercial: Prepare tailored enterprise proposals, navigate complex procurement processes, negotiate terms, and maintain flawless CRM hygiene for high-accuracy forecasting.
Strategy, Mentorship & Collaboration
- Build a Team: Act as a culture-carrier and informal mentor to AEs and SDRs. Help upskill the wider business team.
- Feedback Loop: Partner directly with Product and Marketing teams to funnel real-time market intelligence and customer needs straight into our roadmap.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent SuperQ Quantum at key industry events, tech conferences, and executive customer meetings.
Bring to the Team
We look for data-driven revenue builders who thrive in fast-scaling, high-accountability environments.
- 5+ years of experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals in B2B technology (SaaS, Cloud, AI, or advanced analytics). Exposure to Quantum computing or high-performance computing (HPC) is a massive asset.
- A proven, data-backed track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets and managing a multi-million dollar pipeline.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, overcoming technical objections, and closing complex contracts.
- CRM hygiene (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and a data-backed approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
- Active listening, presentation, and written communication skills suitable for C-suite and technical decision-makers.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup from one of our hubs (Toronto, Ottawa, or Calgary), balancing remote focus with high-value in-person collaboration.
