Full job description

Department / Branch: Financial Control Department
Reports To: Deputy Head of the FCD
Employment Type: Fix-term Contract
Location: Richmond Hill Office

Responsibilities:

Perform financial payment of the Bank, staff reimbursement and fixed assets control.
Prepare analyze and perform budgetary control over the designated expenditure.
Chronological paper filing and electronic filing of the expenditure.
Prepare monthly schedule for Accounts receivable and Payable.
Perform annual physical Fixed Assets Inventory check.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications:

CPA designation student or graduate in Accounting/Business Administration.
A minimum of 6 months of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proficient written and verbal communication skill in English. Proficient in Chinese languages is considered an asset.
