Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, maintaining records, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails.
Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
Maintain filing systems and organize office records.
Prepare, scan, copy, and file documents.
Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
Assist with payroll, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Support other departments with clerical and administrative duties.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements

Previous experience in an office clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
