About Us
Reformed in 2020, Ai Financial is built on a foundation of over 20 years of expertise across stock markets, options, investment banking, mutual funds, and insurance. We are dedicated to empowering Canadians to achieve a prosperous retirement through sophisticated investment advice and asset management.
Our mission is simple: to empower all Canadians to achieve a happy, healthy, and prosperous retirement through financial investment.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a foundational team member who is passionate about the financial industry and thrives in an early-stage environment. This isn't just a role for a "processor"—it is an invitation to help us design, build, and refine the systems that will power our future.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-initiative Financial Operations & Systems Administrator. Unlike a traditional corporate role with rigid, decades-old protocols, this position offers the autonomy to apply your own ideas. You will play a critical role in transitioning our backend operations from "start-up" to "scale-up," providing you with unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a growing financial firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Building: Collaborate with leadership to identify workflow gaps and implement new rules, digital filing systems, and operational "best practices."
- Case Management: Organize, review, and maintain high-stakes client documents within our internal systems with 100% accuracy.
- Backend Operations: Execute and oversee core review tasks, ensuring all financial applications meet strict regulatory and company requirements.
- External Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for major banks, insurance companies, and investment partners to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Adaptive Support: Tackle various departmental projects as they arise, using each task as a learning opportunity to understand a new facet of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Education: Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- The "Builder" Mindset: A proactive learner who doesn't just follow instructions but looks for ways to make processes faster and better.
- Common Sense & Logic: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex financial documents and summarize information effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with automation or CRM tools is a significant plus.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority cases simultaneously.
What We Offer:
- Direct Impact: Your ideas won't get lost in a suggestion box; you will see your systems implemented and used daily.
- Professional Growth: Deep exposure to Canadian financial products, including segregated funds, mutual funds, and insurance.
- Entrepreneurial Culture: A supportive, fast-paced team environment where growth is limited only by your own ambition.
If you are a meticulous, efficient, and collaborative individual who wants to do more than just "push paper," we encourage you to apply and help us build the future of Ai Financial.
