Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The Property Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management department. This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lease Administration:

Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
Maintain accurate lease records and tenant files.
Coordinate lease renewals and rent increases as necessary.
Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.

Tenant Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
Address tenant requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs in collaboration with property maintenance staff.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenant satisfaction and property upkeep.

Administrative Support:

Maintain organized and up-to-date property management files and records.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings as needed.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
Obtain competitive bids for services and negotiate contracts when necessary.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Drivers License is highly desirable
