About the Opportunity

Billing Activities: Oversee both standard and non-standard fixed billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Banking Activities: Perform daily bank uploads, record banking entries for customer receipts and vendor payments, and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.

Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assist in financial closing processes by performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations for Intercompany Accounts Receivable GL Accounts.

Coordination: Collaborate with intercompany partners to manage receivable collections and perform necessary reconciliations.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for managing the group email, ensuring inquiries and requests are addressed promptly, and escalating issues as necessary.

Backup Support: Serve as the primary backup for the AR Coordinator.

Performs all job functions abiding by the office/work standards as outlined in the Company handbook.

Assist in other duties, as required.
About You-
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Accounting software experience.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsible, works well independently as well as in a team.
Your preferred qualifications:-
Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or College Certificate – with accounting courses or work-related experience.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Accounting field
Pay Range
$30 - $35 per hour
