We are looking for an AI Agent Implementation Specialist to play a crucial role in driving the transformation of Marketing Automation and Innovation. This IC role will report to Senior Manager, MarTech Solution and Innovation.
We are seeking an AI Agent Developer & Marketo Administrator to join our Marketing Operations team. You will focus on building and implementing AI agents for marketing workflows, administering our Marketo platform, supporting critical MarTech integrations, and providing campaign operations support across US time zones. This is a hands-on technical role that bridges AI engineering and marketing operations.
Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations; ensure platform health and performance optimization
Support critical MarTech tool integrations, including connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations
Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar)
