Omachron has worked with numerous companies to provide a wide range of products to the market including water treatment systems, small appliances, plastics manufacturing, LED lighting, recycling, food growing and more.
Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead and support our digital presence and online sales initiatives. This role is responsible for managing social media platforms, website content, and e-commerce channels (including Amazon), while collaborating with internal project leads to research target markets and develop strategic marketing initiatives.
Working within an innovative, research-driven environment, this position offers the opportunity to engage with new and evolving technologies, bringing forward fresh ideas and creative approaches to how we position and grow our brands. We are looking for someone who is not only analytical but also comfortable thinking outside the box—someone who can challenge conventional strategies and translate technical concepts into compelling, market-facing content.
The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer engagement strategies, and online sales optimization, along with a genuine curiosity for innovation and continuous improvement.
Duties
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies across websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including blogs, website updates, and social media posts
- Maintain and optimize company websites and online platforms (e.g., Wix, Shopify) to enhance user experience and performance
- Manage and optimize Amazon and other online sales channels, including product listings, keyword strategy, performance tracking, and brand management.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities—particularly within online marketplaces such as Amazon
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, website traffic, and campaign performance to drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with project leads to define target markets and develop effective, results-driven marketing plans
- Evaluate and improve ongoing marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Generate creative, “outside-the-box” campaign ideas to strengthen brand awareness and engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries and support product-related communications in a timely, professional manner
- Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences
- Provide administrative and project support as required, and perform other related duties as assigned
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Design print materials and products
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong ability to create compelling, audience-focused written content
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including engagement, conversion, and customer journey optimization
- A degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing
- Experience managing major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Proficiency with website and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Experience with Amazon Seller platforms, including listing optimization, keyword research, and sales performance analysis, is a strong asset
- Experience with Amazon Seller platforms, including Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), Amazon Storefront, Amazon Brand Registry, etc. is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are an asset
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and digital platforms
- Knowledge of API integration platforms is an asset
