The Office Management Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Magna International’s corporate offices in Aurora, Ontario. This position reports directly to the Office Management Coordinator.
Your Responsibilities
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $58,000 annually

Immediate, open position

Provide professional front‑lobby coverage, welcoming employees, visitors, clients, and executives.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, and invoice processing.

Order, distribute, and maintain inventory of office supplies; ensure all shared areas remain stocked and organized.

Maintain tidy and efficient mailroom, storage, and photocopy areas.

Collaborate with the Office and Property Manager and liaise with Health & Safety as needed.

Support special projects, administrative tasks, and foster positive relationships with tenants and coworkers.
