Junior Service Advisor

Porsche Centre Markham, Markham, ON L3P 3M2

Porsche Centre Markham are in search of a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a Junior Service Advisor. We are part of North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, and it’s your chance to work for a Fortune 200 company and grow with us!

As a Junior Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and assist with customer inquiries. You must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Join us and become an essential part of our successful team!

Duties and Responsibilities

Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.

Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.

Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.

Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.

Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; submits reports and receipts to accounting.

Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.

Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.

Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in automotive field.

1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor or junior role is an asset.

CDK experience.

Aptitude for numbers.

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
