We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
Operate semi-automatic espresso machine and steam milk with precision.
Skilled in latte art and consistently produces visually appealing coffee presentations.
Operate the POS systems for accurate and efficient order processing and cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including preparation stations.
Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous barista experience, 2 year of experience is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with customers.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively during busy service periods.
Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transactions.
Experience using POS systems.
Knowledge of food safety practices, hygiene standards, and food preparation requirements.
Ability to follow procedures, recipes, and workplace policies.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic café environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is an advantage.
