Brit Town Barrel is searching for a Kitchen hand!

Please note we do not offer relocation assistance. You must have a reliable commute to and from Little Britain

At Brit Town Barrel, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented and driven associates who are passionate about preparing amazing food, while having fun doing it.

Our Kitchen hands will be hands-on and work as a team with each associate to deliver the perfect guest experience each and every time. At the Brit Town Barrel we promote a culture of continued learning, development and growth of all of our associates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and cook meals as outlined in the menu
Use every piece of kitchen equipment properly and safely
Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation
Ensure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products served
Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year kitchen experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
Post-secondary education
Excellent knowledge of food, food handling and preparation
Demonstrated ability to motivate and work with others
