About the Role
As our Medi Spa Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of connection for clients stepping into their aesthetic journey with 3D Lifestyle Oshawa. This is more than a sales role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, combining your passion for wellness and beauty with a consultative sales approach to match every client with treatments that genuinely transform their confidence and well-being.
This is a base plus commission position with uncapped earning potential, ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives on results and loves building authentic client relationships.
What You'll Do
As the face of 3D Lifestyle Oshawa's client experience, you'll conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client's aesthetic goals and recommend personalized treatment plans from our portfolio of advanced Medi Spa services. You'll guide clients through our offerings with confidence, walking them through treatment details, expected results, and product recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
You'll take an active role in growing the business by identifying new client opportunities through community outreach, local networking, and referral programs. Managing your existing client base with thoughtful follow-up, loyalty incentives, and upsell opportunities will be just as important as bringing in new faces.
You'll work closely with the 3D Lifestyle Oshawa team to support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers, contributing ideas that help us stand out in the Oshawa market. From in-clinic events to social content collaborations, you'll have a direct hand in shaping how we connect with our community and bring new clients through the door.
Accurate record-keeping is part of the role too. You'll maintain detailed client notes, track consultation outcomes, and keep our CRM up to date so the team has full visibility into the client journey. Staying current on industry trends, new treatments, and competitor offerings will help you make confident, informed recommendations every time.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with previous experience in sales, ideally within the medi spa, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry. A strong understanding of consultative selling and the ability to build genuine rapport quickly is essential. You should be comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments, pricing, and treatment plans in a way that feels educational rather than pushy.
You're naturally warm, polished, and professional in how you present yourself. You listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and you know how to close without ever making a client feel pressured. You're driven by targets but understand that long-term client trust is what truly grows a clinic.
Familiarity with CRM software, booking platforms, and basic digital tools is expected. Experience with social media, content creation, or local marketing is a strong bonus.
Product You'll Be Selling
Our portfolio includes injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation services, body contouring, and a range of medical-grade skincare products offered at our Oshawa clinic location.

A competitive base salary with uncapped commission, putting realistic earnings between CA$100,000 and CA$120,000 per year for strong performers.
