As an Interim Manager at Sephora, you will oversee the success of either our Store Operations, Beauty Services or the sales floor, or as we call it, our "Stage". Our leadership roles are all rooted in coaching and development, driving your teams to perform at their best while prioritizing the client experience. This position directly influences store performance by training your team to effectively utilize Sephora’s processes and inspiring them to exceed company goals. Reporting to the Store Director, the Interim Manager supports a team of Leads, Advisors, and/or Consultants. Our interim roles are fixed contract positions, that have a definitive end date. These roles are still eligible for Sephora’s Perks and Benefits!
What you’ll be doing as an Interim Manager at Sephora –
Passionate about Clients. Respond promptly to all client feedback, addressing issues and comments from Sephora’s client feedback tool (Medallia), the service hotline, or direct client interactions. Regularly serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) in-store and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on-stage whenever possible.
Performance Assessment & Development. Support annual performance reviews for direct reports in a complete and timely manner, as well as oversee the process for the entire store. Participate in the management of all performance management situations within the team. Ensure timely feedback for improvement is delivered and followed up on as necessary.

Location, Availability, and Physical Requirements-
The Compensation. Sephora’s pay philosophy is to offer competitive market rates, considering location, internal equity, job scope, and the skills and experience needed to succeed.
The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00. In addition, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
