MEANINGFUL BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY THAT BALANCES PLAY AND STRUCTURE
Everyday Behavioural Services is seeking dependable, energetic Supervised Behavioural Clinicians (SBCs) to provide one-to-one behavioural therapy to neurodivergent children and youth throughout the Durham Region.
This role blends warmth and play with structure: you will connect creatively with children while delivering therapy with precision, accuracy, and accountability.
Supervised Behavioural Clinicians implement individualized ABA programs under the clinical direction of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA). Programming is designed and overseen clinically, and therapists receive ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to support measurable progress and high-quality care for the children and families we serve.
Families rely on our professionalism, consistency, and follow-through - qualities that are essential in this role.
YOU'LL BE GREAT AT THIS IF YOU...
Communicate clearly and proactively
Follow through on commitments and respect others' time
Are confident in your stated availability before accepting clients
Maintain structure while being playful and creative with children
Are open to supervision, ongoing training, and applying feedback
Enjoy seeing tangible progress in the children and families you work with
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive pay: $30-$40+ per hour, based on education and experience
Paid prep time and reimbursement for materials
Flexible scheduling designed to minimize travel
Structured supervision, coaching, and ongoing professional training
Meaningful, consistent work with children and families
THE ROLE
As a self-employed Supervised Behavioural Clinician with Everyday Behavioural Services, you will:
Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings
Implement structured behavioural programmes with accuracy and consistency
Collect objective, real-time data during every session
Complete thorough, professional daily session notes
Communicate proactively with your supervising RBA and therapy team
Prepare program materials (paid prep time and material reimbursement included)
Maintain predictable attendance once scheduled with a family
While SBCs work independently in home and community settings, they do so within a structured supervision framework. Therapists are entrusted to implement programs accurately and creatively while maintaining meticulous data and communication. All work is conducted under the guidance and oversight of the supervising RBA, ensuring both professional autonomy in the moment and accountability for client outcomes.
Therapists refine their skills through regular supervision, ongoing training, and reflection; a genuine willingness to receive guidance and apply feedback is essential.

Once matched with a client, consistent attendance is required to maintain therapeutic progress and trust.
