Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual E-Commerce Specialist with a strong focus on Amazon operations and experience managing WordPress-based online stores. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in optimizing product listings and digital storefronts. Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is required to support our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize online storefronts, including WordPress and Amazon
Create and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance (sales, traffic, conversion rates)
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Manage and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content)
Monitor Amazon account health and ensure compliance with platform policies
Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns; optimize bids, keywords, and ad structures to improve ROI
Implement SEO strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns (Coupons, Deals, Prime Day, Black Friday)
Maintain company digital presence, including website updates and social media platforms
Process orders via in-store, email, and phone channels
Prepare monthly sales and performance reports

Requirements

1+ year of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking algorithms, and advertising (PPC) campaigns
Fluent in English and Mandarin / Cantonese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Basic photo editing skills required (Photoshop is an asset)
Basic video editing skills is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
